This role is primarily remote, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient services. You will be working from home, utilizing advanced technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and inform personalized treatment planning.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to pre-screened, low-acuity patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust evidence-based treatment plans that address the individualized goals of each client.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in our EHR system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in supervision meetings to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize clinic systems for scheduling and billing, allowing you to focus more on client care and less on administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. The clinic provides care for low-acuity clients, ensuring that they receive appropriate mental health support. Your work will not only support individuals but also their families, as you work to improve outcomes across various levels of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in using digital tools, including strong computer skills, familiarity with Google Suite, and experience with EHR platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and peers.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally within an outpatient or virtual care setting.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic methodologies and techniques is a plus.
