Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapeutic interventions, developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Engage in multidisciplinary case discussions to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in alignment with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring effective communication with team members.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health research and practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
