Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate healing and growth.

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and respectful environment conducive to therapy.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Remain current with best practices and innovations in mental health treatment through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on your experience and case load.
