Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, screening, diagnosis, and formulation of treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with medical and legal standards.

• Deliver high-quality care for a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts, among individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide case management support through effective triaging, referrals to external providers, and follow-up communication with clients and their families.

• Consult regularly with other healthcare professionals to ensure unified treatment plans while participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Adhere to established hospital and clinic protocols, working under the supervision of a physician when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
