Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary focus will be on delivering supreme care to couples and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions to address the unique needs of each family member.

• Addressing a variety of family dynamics and concerns, such as:

• Alcohol abuse

• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling disputes and communication difficulties

• Job stress and other medical issues

• Challenges associated with blended families and the adjustments surrounding separation and divorce

• Tracking clients' progress and making necessary modifications to treatment plans.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families facing complex emotional and relational issues. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
