Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day activities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated experience in working with individuals from a range of cultural backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competence in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community health settings, teletherapy practices, and crisis intervention techniques will be viewed favorably.
