Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that inform the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitor their progress, adjusting approaches as required to enhance effectiveness.

• Provide virtual teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment updates, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, staying informed of the latest research, tools, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualification.
