Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to design your workspace and schedule effectively to meet your needs while maintaining a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, subsequently developing and executing tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, ongoing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plan updates, and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques to motivate and engage clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, bringing insights and updates from your practice to contribute to a supportive team culture.

• Ensure timely submission of all required documentation and participate in regular administrative functions to streamline therapeutic processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LMFT licensure is mandatory.

• Proven experience with clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and exhibit cultural competence when working with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with experience in Valant considered a plus.

• Ability to pass a standard background check is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, alongside a sign-on bonus. We also provide flexible scheduling opportunities to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance. In addition to your base compensation, you will earn hourly pay with commission on client sessions, allowing for potentially increased earnings based on your caseload and client contributions.
