Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the nature and extent of mood disorder symptoms, working meticulously to document the intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' unique goals, needs, and preferences, employing various therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and communication therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and practical self-care techniques, providing ongoing support throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, while collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, contributing to innovative treatment strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while actively participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional growth opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mind InStride, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families navigating challenges related to divorce, relationship dynamics, and various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
