Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals, using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate discussions and therapeutic activities addressing issues such as conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, grief and loss, and adjustment during separation or divorce.

• Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and licensing requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in supervision sessions to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote sessions, along with in-person appointments when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex family dynamics, such as blended families, substance abuse issues, and communication barriers.
