Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship with patients, promoting an open dialogue to foster effective treatment.

• Diagnose mental health disorders utilizing your clinical expertise and develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and circumstances.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, both individually and with couples/families, adapting treatment strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments.

• Monitor patient progress through consistent feedback loops, utilizing assessments to tailor therapy effectively and maintain clarity in treatment objectives.

• Refer clients to additional specialists, including psychiatrists and support groups, when further intervention is necessary for comprehensive care.

Our clients range from children to adults, experiencing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
