Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport with patients to create a safe environment for healing.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals and couples, using a variety of modalities, including CBT, narrative therapy, and family systems therapy.
\n
• Regularly meet with patients to provide ongoing counseling and consistently evaluate their progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Implement evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, utilizing your specialized training to facilitate recovery.

• Coordinate referrals to additional specialists when needed, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Document all patient interactions and progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultations, sharing insights and strategies with coworkers to enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills with a strong ability to motivate clients.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and support clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
