Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions to dive deep into personal challenges.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Support clients in managing conflicts among family members, adapting to separation or divorce, and improving overall family relationships.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to treatment protocols and licensing requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Our client base includes individuals and families facing an array of challenges such as adjustment issues, blended family dynamics, and psychological or physical abuse. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
