Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting and empathetic rapport with clients during therapy sessions, facilitating a safe environment for them to explore their mental health concerns.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, employing standardized assessment tools as needed.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring adjustments are made based on progress and feedback.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and more.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
