Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet each client's specific needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, ensuring a clear path towards achieving positive mental health outcomes.

• Assess and evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health needs through diagnostic interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary to manage acute situations effectively and safely.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create integrated care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families, who are coping with a variety of issues such as relationship conflicts, grief, anxiety, depression, and addiction. You will be instrumental in promoting effective communication and conflict resolution strategies among clients, especially in families dealing with addiction-related challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
