Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Running therapy sessions for both couples and individual family members, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address various issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions focused on resolving disputes, improving relationships, and addressing topics including separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Maintaining accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n
