Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health evaluations to identify clients' individual challenges and formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaboratively establish achievable therapeutic goals with clients and maintain ongoing evaluation of progress to adapt treatment as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. As an LMFT, you will support clients dealing with family dynamics, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field; or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a solid foundation in mental health care.

• A valid license under the Marriage and Family Therapist Board, enabling you to practice in the state of Massachusetts, or eligibility for licensure in the state.

• Proven experience working with culturally diverse populations, coupled with a strong sensitivity to various client needs and backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
