Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services tailored to clients seeking outpatient care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and relational needs to develop personalized treatment plans that set realistic, achievable goals.

• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to understand and address complex family dynamics, communication issues, and various stressors affecting the client's well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to ensure the safety and stability of clients and their families during times of acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients in effective communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and coping strategies to enhance their emotional and relational health.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to deliver comprehensive, integrated care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and children/adolescents, addressing a variety of concerns such as relationship issues, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
