Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating cooperative therapy sessions, addressing conflicts and enhancing communication skills among family members.

• Providing one-on-one therapy for individuals within the family when necessary, ensuring each party's needs are met.

• Helping clients navigate issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, job stress, and communication breakdowns.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.

• Documenting progress notes and maintaining case files in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will address a variety of complex issues affecting families, such as medical problems, issues after separation or divorce, and conflicts among family members.
