Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized 1:1 counseling services to emotionally distressed adults through video calls, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Thoroughly evaluate and identify a range of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, grief, stress, and interpersonal issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold an independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong computer literacy skills to effectively use our online counseling platform and manage client interactions.
