Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique mental health needs and design effective treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience.

• Deliver individualized therapy tailored to the diverse backgrounds and circumstances of clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and milestones, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to improve their overall well-being.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients unable to attend in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility while maintaining confidentiality and comfort.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n
