Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to collect comprehensive data regarding clients' mental health history and current psychological status.

• Evaluate client needs through in-depth interviews to identify psychosocial, emotional, and developmental issues.

• Implement and conduct brief therapy sessions, crisis evaluations, and conduct phone triage to determine immediate needs and appropriate referrals.

• Deliver mental health interventions including individual and family therapy, focusing on clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and regularly update tailored treatment plans aligned with each client's specific goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with our internal standards and best practices.

• Participate in safety and emergency response training, ensuring preparedness in crisis situations.

• Attend relevant professional meetings and workshops to stay informed on best practices in therapy and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, spanning all life stages from children to seniors. The caseload will often include individuals and families facing relational conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LMFT position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience.
