Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client issues.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making periodic adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each client’s mental health needs.

• Stay informed on the latest research and techniques related to mood disorders to continuously improve treatment strategies.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing diverse challenges related to relationship dynamics, divorce, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a must.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
