Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Center For Discovery, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. This role particularly emphasizes inclusive practices and cultural sensitivity in therapy, ensuring effective support for clients from various backgrounds and life experiences. You will often engage with clients facing complex issues such as relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and depression, providing them with the necessary tools to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure within the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience (at least 2 years) in providing therapeutic services, particularly in the areas of family dynamics and relational issues.

• Exceptional listening, diagnostic, and communication skills tailored to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
