As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, children, and families from various backgrounds. We have a particular focus on serving clients of color, as well as LGBTQIA individuals, ensuring culturally sensitive care and inclusive support mechanisms. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and valid LMFT license issued in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in providing therapeutic services to LGBTQIA clients, as well as individuals overcoming substance use disorders or trauma recovery, is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation software is also beneficial.
