This role offers the flexibility of remote work, which allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while also providing the option for clients to visit our outpatient office in San Francisco as needed. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance and making it possible for you to fully engage in your role without compromising your personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and personal challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that support clients' individual goals and align with their values.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to guide discussions and foster healing.

• Regularly evaluate and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring a responsive therapeutic approach.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, referring clients for additional services or specialists to enhance care.

• Document clients' progress, treatment methodologies, and any significant changes in a timely and organized manner.

• Participate in case consultations and participate in community outreach efforts to raise mental health awareness.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues to couples seeking to improve their communication and resolve conflicts. Additionally, families may seek your expertise in navigating family dynamics and fostering healthier interactions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active LMFT license issued by the state of California is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
