Work Environment\n

Our outpatient office serves as a collaborative hub for mental health professionals who work primarily in a remote setting. While the bulk of therapy sessions will be conducted virtually, therapists will have access to our office space when needed for meetings, teamwork, and consultation. The remote nature of this role allows for flexible working conditions while maintaining a focus on delivering quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized, evidence-based therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs of individual clients and families.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to establish comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to the client’s goals and needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Develop and implement interventions that facilitate growth and healing, tracking progress consistently.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers, educators, and community resources to coordinate care and advocate for clients.

• Stay current on mental health trends and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field) from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience.
