Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating both traditional and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions via videoconferencing, ensuring the therapeutic process is both personal and transformative.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to develop innovative therapeutic programs and intervention strategies aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing clinical insights and feedback to optimize care delivery.

• Systematically document treatment progress and outcomes using approved electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
