Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in our treatment center, engaging in tasks that include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group sessions where clients connect, listen, and learn from one another, fostering a sense of community and support.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling tailored to the individual needs of clients, helping them unpack their emotions and develop actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and cater specifically to their unique experiences and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, ensuring their ongoing development and adjustment of care strategies as needed.

• Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular communication and consultation to optimize client outcomes and shared treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, creating a safe space for them to explore their feelings and build resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably with the target demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, you will have access to:
