Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs.

• Assess clients' mental health concerns through comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans focusing on their specific challenges and goals.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their feelings, confront issues, and implement strategies for emotional resilience and behavioral change.

• Collaborate with community resources, agencies, and support systems to provide comprehensive care and ensure all aspects of a client’s wellbeing are addressed.

• Document progress through regular updates in electronic health records (EHR) and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical assessment.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in providing therapy in a clinical setting, including proficiency in assessments and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
