Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Opti Mind Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individualized therapy sessions for clients facing a range of emotional and relational challenges, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, ensuring that each plan is regularly updated based on therapeutic progress and client feedback.

• Performing comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop crisis interventions as necessary, ensuring timely support for clients in distress.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of clinical sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, while strictly adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of client interaction.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.
