Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at California Neurobehavioral Associates, you will:

• Provide therapeutic services tailored to the individual needs of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of life challenges, relationship conflicts, and mental health disorders.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to both organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Engage and educate family members or support networks in treatment protocols to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Develop and nurture effective, collaborative relationships with fellow clinicians, support staff, and community organizations to ensure continuity of care.

• Serve as an essential advocate for clients in crisis situations, effectively identifying and resolving urgent issues to provide immediate support.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Our client population often consists of those facing anxiety, depression, relationship crises, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LMFT license to practice in the State of California.
\n
• A thorough understanding of LMFT ethics, scope of practice, and best practices in client care.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills necessary to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n
