Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a strengths-based approach.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs, establishing personalized treatment plans aligned with clients’ goals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to support client healing and growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient wellness.

• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and adaptability to various client preferences and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals and families dealing with a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Our therapists employ culturally informed practices to ensure effective and meaningful interactions with all clients, regardless of demographic factors. As an LMFT, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their unique challenges and supporting their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans addressing specific client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• A steadfast commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical best practices in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital tools used in remote mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
