Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough entrance examinations to assess clients' mental health status, identifying immediate needs and potential treatment pathways.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate psychoeducational services, evidence-based therapies, and skill-building interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, coordinating care with medical professionals and facilitating timely therapeutic responses.

• Offer training sessions for staff members on current mental health topics, ensuring knowledge is shared to enhance the overall competency of our team.

• Document all critical findings in compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring accountability.

Qualifications\n
