Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting with scheduled office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While the role is predominantly remote, regular participation in virtual meetings and consultations will foster team collaboration and case management. You will also have the opportunity to meet clients in our outpatient office for personalized sessions as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of presenting issues and mood disorders experienced by clients.

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective coping strategies.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and wellness practices to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

• Tracking client progress and consistently adjusting treatment plans to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive client care.

• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders and family therapy to enhance treatment protocols.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
