Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual and family therapy assessments, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet each client's unique needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies—including evidence-based practices—to effectively address diverse backgrounds and DSM diagnoses.

• Adjust therapy approaches to embrace cultural sensitivity and respond adeptly to the varying needs of clients from different backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families, many of whom come from diverse cultural backgrounds and may present with complex mental health challenges. Your expertise will help them navigate and resolve issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma, ultimately fostering healthier emotional connections.

Qualifications\n

• A recognized Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current and active LMFT license with no suspensions or probationary status is necessary for this position.
