The role will be conducted remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our outpatient office, while designated for in-person sessions, serves primarily as a collaborative hub for our therapists to share insights and participate in supervision and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate appropriate clinical recommendations.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and updating these plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including case notes, treatment plan reviews, diagnostic updates, and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adapt strategies to enhance efficacy, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

• Offer expert support, advice, and guidance to clients, empowering them to address and manage challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.

• Engage collaboratively with fellow therapists, actively contributing to the practice's mission of bridging service gaps within the community.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions, encompassing approaches such as play therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques, to help clients achieve and surpass their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• A current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
