Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to create a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and progress.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families to provide ongoing support and facilitate meaningful discussions.

• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on therapeutic outcomes and client feedback.

• Provide clients with referrals to specialists when additional support or services are required, facilitating a comprehensive care network for each individual.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and collaborate effectively with colleagues on best practices and client care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in accordance with regulatory compliance and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
