Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that meet the guidelines set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to inform the creation of personalized treatment plans, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing the integrity of client information and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. Newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply depending on their qualifications for the specific role.

• Proficiency in working with a variety of populations—children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families—demonstrating versatility in your therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000.00 to $100,000 annually, with additional benefits designed to enhance your work-life balance and professional growth.
