Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and other LMFTs, to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care.

• Provide immediate virtual support and stabilizing interventions for families in crisis, offering guidance and resolution strategies during acute situations.
\n
• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs. Regularly evaluate and modify these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, and other therapeutic models, ensuring each session is engaging and effective.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to compliance standards and best practices in clinical documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse group of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, familial conflicts, and substance use disorders. You will work with a wide range of age groups, from children to adults, helping families establish healthier dynamics and support systems. By providing treatment via telehealth platforms, you will have the unique opportunity to reach clients in various geographical locations across California.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting group therapy sessions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
