Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical supervision to MSWs and student interns, mentoring them in best practices and professional growth.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring efficient communication through written and verbal reports.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and families to identify their social, emotional, and physical needs, developing tailored strategies to overcome barriers to care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement holistic treatment plans, coordinating referrals to specialty services and community resources.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention, grief counseling, and therapeutic support to aid patients and families through the complexities of mental health challenges.

• Manage an independent caseload that may vary in clinical acuity, utilizing effective case management practices.
\n
• Engage in case finding for clients with potential psychosocial needs and actively participate in team conferences and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options, guiding them through transitions, particularly from youth to adult services.
\n
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and participate in the review and development of social work policies and procedures, enhancing the overall effectiveness of mental health services.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses as necessary to inform treatment planning and interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
