Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, utilizing solution-focused therapy and other modalities to enhance client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents within school settings, providing critical support to help them address and overcome various psychological challenges. Our diverse client population presents a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma-related concerns, anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral challenges. Understanding the unique needs of this demographic will be essential in fostering positive therapeutic relationships and achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is essential for this role.
