Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct patient assessments utilizing appropriate clinical tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to diagnose mental health conditions and create personalized care plans that honor cultural diversity and unique needs.

• Implement and continuously evaluate treatment interventions, adapting strategies to align with patients' mental health diagnoses and progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports using modern electronic health record systems, thereby complying with regulatory standards and department protocols.

• Facilitate connections between patients and other healthcare providers, ensuring seamless transitions and access to necessary resources and referral options.

Compensation and Benefits\n
