This position is uniquely structured to be delivered remotely, allowing you to connect with clients in the comfort of their homes while utilizing our advanced telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use histories, skillfully determining the presence of co-occurring disorders through established assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that encompass both mental health and substance use interventions, integrating evidence-based practices such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on building clients’ coping mechanisms, relapse prevention skills, and emotional regulation strategies, employing therapeutic techniques specific to their needs.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to coordinate holistic care and ensure the client’s treatment is seamless and effective.

• Monitor clients’ substance use through regular check-ins and assessments, employing motivational interviewing techniques to enhance their commitment to recovery and treatment adherence.

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals who suffer from both mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
