Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics while supporting their therapeutic journeys.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize each client’s unique goals.

• Document client interactions and therapy sessions meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely progress notes for each case.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly using evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions aimed at promoting clinical growth and professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
