Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Documenting all interactions and service provisions in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care.
\n
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Engaging in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our center meets and exceeds industry regulations.
\n
• Serving as a liaison with community partners, relevant service systems, and state agencies to reinforce our public health initiatives.
\n
• Communicating openly and effectively with staff and clients to promote our organizational mission and meet contract standards.
\n
• Building relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, fostering partnerships and identifying potential funding sources.
\n
• Pursuing ongoing professional development, attending conferences, and participating in statewide initiatives relevant to mental health counseling.
\n
• Promoting the agency’s values and mission in all aspects of service delivery while performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services play a critical role in supporting a wide range of clients, including individuals facing emotional difficulties, substance use challenges, and those living with disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is necessary for practice within the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
