Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Leverage evidence-based screening tools for patient evaluations as directed by the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

• Establish and cultivate professional relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote program engagement and secure partnerships.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional growth by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the clinic.
