Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client, including crisis intervention strategies and positive behavior support plans.

• Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that records are timely and maintain confidentiality.

• Use evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to craft comprehensive behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to ensure access to resources and enhance service delivery.

• Support the Clinic Director by performing additional duties as required to meet the dynamic needs of the clinic.
