Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs by conducting formal assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans that address both pre-crisis and crisis scenarios.

• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools as part of the clinical processes, contributing to the development of personalized client care strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that reflect our commitment to fostering client success.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating compliance with industry standards and quality measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a diverse caseload that includes individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and challenges related to developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Your work will be crucial in helping clients navigate complex emotions and behaviors, guiding them toward healthier, more fulfilling lives through targeted therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and independent LMHC license from the appropriate state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
