Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies by creating detailed pre-crisis and crisis plans, along with behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Maintain timely and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to meet regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and participating in statewide task forces or committees.

• Provide supervision to junior staff and interns as needed, fostering a learning environment.

• Effectively communicate our agency's mission, values, and principles to promote our services within the community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with your expertise and the agency's goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Summit Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and challenges associated with acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
